All college or university graduate can request for their NACTE Academic Transcript as soon as
their Final Year Results have submitted by Institutional Examinations Officers and Verified Confirmed NACTE/NACTVET Officials.
Once received by NACTE are verified and finally if your results status appears CONFIRMED.
Now at this time you can request your Academic transcript from NACTE.
Where to Request a NACTE Academic Transcript?
Request are made Via NACTE Headquarter Offices or Zonal NACTE centers this depend on a location you
reside.
Note: NACTE Headquarter Office is located at Dar es Salaam whereas NACTE Zonal offices are
located all over Tanzania regions
NACTE Transcript Requisition Fee
Requisition fee varies depending on where you want to collect your Academic Transcript.
Tsh 10,000 and Tsh 15,000 for Headquarter Offices and NACTE Zones respectively.
Important Note before and after Application for a Academic Transcript
1. Make sure you have recent colored passport size (35mm x 45mm) having white blue/sky blue background.
2. Once come to collect, come with IDS (driving licence, national ID or Vote cards) or other certificates.
3. Keep checking for the status once the request is successively submitted. You will be notified through your profile or e-mail/Mobile phone.

How to request a NACTE Academic Transcript online?

Step 1: Go to NACTE Home official website at www.nacte.go.tz
Step 2: Look on the available list of “QUICK LINKS”
Step 3: Select the one, for Request NACTE Transcript
Step 4: Follow the Given Instruction
Step 5: Enter Your NACTE Registration Number (NP/NS) in the NS1004/0001/2000 format
Step 6: Enter your valid email address and mobile phone number as instructed
Step 7: Now you are successful created your account
Step 8: Upload your passport size of needed size
Step 9: Select the convenient place you want collect your NACTE Transcript
Example; if want collect from HQ Offices or Via NACTE Zonal Offices located Dodoma, Mbeya,
Mwanza and Dodoma
Step 10: Generate a Control number and will be sent on your mobile

Remember: For Zonal Offices application fee is TSH 15,000 and that of at HQ-Offices is TSH 10,000
